Ingredients:
Basmathi Rice – 1 cup
Cauliflour – 1
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Savala – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1.2 tbsp
Karuvapatta – 1 piece
Cardamom – 1
Vayana leaves – 1
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Salt, Water – as needed

Preparation:
Wash the rice. Wash the cauliflour and cut to small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and add jeera to it. Add vayana leaves, karuvapatta and cardamom to this. Add savala to this and sort. Add ginger garlic paste. When this has been sort well add cauliflour and green peas to it. Add tomato, masala powders and salt to this. When this mixture is also sorted well, add basmathi rice to this. Add enough water and cook well.
