Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 cup
Cauliflour -1/2 cup
Potato, Carrot, French Bean – 1/4 cup each
Savala – 4
Green chilly – 3
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Patta – a piece
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Mustard – 1/2 tbsp
Tomato, Clove – 4 each
Curd – 1/2 cup
Veg. Oil – 4 tbsp
Cashewnut – 1 1/5 tbsp
Kismis – 1 1/2 tbsp

Preparation:
Wash the rice well. Cook the rice in 3 3/4 cups of water and required
salt in a cooker. Fry the vegetables in oil after cutting it to small
slices. Splutter mustard, green chilly, patta, jeera grinded and
pepper powder. Add savala and saute well. Add salt and chilly powder.
Add tomato slices and cook. Add curd. Mix everything well. Add the dry
fruits on top and serve with pickle.
