
Ingredients
Basmathi rice – 1 cup
Capsicum – cut into small pieces – ½ cup
Egg – 1
Onion chopped into pieces – ¼ cup
Pepper paste – 2 spoon
Salt – As required
Ghee – 2 spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Oil – 2 spoon
Method of preparation
Cook the rice. Heat 2 spoon of oil and 2 spoon ghee in a pan. Add the sliced onions and fry. When it get half brown colour add the beaten egg. Mix it till it become crumbs. Add pepper paste, capsicum and fry it. Then add the cooked rice and required salt and mix it. You can also decorate this with chopped coriander leaves
