Ingredients:
Capsicum – 2
Cabbage – sliced 1 cup
Potato – 1 cup (cut)
Savala (cut into small pieces) – 1
Savala (cut vertically) – 1
Rice – 1 1/2 cup
Cardamom, Clove – 2 each
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 3
Cashewnut (fried and cut to small pieces) – 1/4 cup
Salt – as needed
Masala – to marinate
Corriander powder – 2 tbsp
Corrriander leaves – 1 cup
Green chilly – 4
Ginger – 1/2 inch

For curd mixture:
Curd – 2 cup
Corriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Jeera powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Fry cardamom and clove in ghee for 2 minutes. Add the rice, masala, vegetables, savala, garlic and salt to this. Sort for some minutes. Add required water and cookk. When the water condenses, take it off the flame. Decorate with fried cashewnuts and Savala with the curd mixture.
To prepare the curd mixture, add all the ingredients for the mixture into the curd, beat well, cool and serve.
