Maida – 4 cup
Baking Powder – ½ tea spoon
Egg – 1
Sugar – ¼ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 100 gram
Salt – As required

Yeast – ½ tea spoon
Hot Milk – 2 tea spoon
Sugar – ½ tea spoon
Curd – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation
Mix Yeast , sugar, Hot Milk, curd and keep it aside . Take Maida , Baking powder, egg milk butter and required salt and mix well with the prepared yeast mix . Knead this mixture to make a dough and make it soft . Cover the dough and keep it aside in the warm place for 3 hours allowing it to ferment.

Make the dough into small balls and apply dry flour and roll into round circles. Place this in tawa and cook both sides . Add the ghee on both sides. Butter Naan is ready.
