Beetroot – one
Cooked Rice – one cup
Butter – Two Table spoon
Milk – 100 ml
Onion cut into small pieces – two teaspoon
Cheese grated – two teaspoon
Salt as required

Grate the beetroot and keep aside. Fry the onion in butter. Add beetroot into this. Add half of the milk and salt. After the beetroot is cooked add rice into it and mix well. Add the rest milk and cheese and use.
