1.White Aval – ½ kilo
Boiled potato – 1 no
2. Ginger / garlic chopped – ¼ cup each
Cashew nut chopped – ¼ cup
Onion – cut into small pieces – 2
3.Tomato – 1
Green chilly – 4 nos
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required

4.Ginger / garlic / shallots – paste – ¼ cup each
Cooking oil – 100 gram

Method of Preparation

Take a tawa and heat oil. Fry the fourth ingredients in the oil. After that also fry the third ingredients. Add the second ingredients into it and fry it till it becomes red colour. After that add white aval and mix it. Close the lid and keep it in low flame for three minutes. Add the boiled potatoes in to it and mix well. Then remove from the flames
