
Ingredients
Potato cooked and smashed – one
Onion – cut to small pieces
Garlic(if required) – cut into small piece – as required
Coriander leaves(cut) – two teaspoon
Ginger – small piece
Salt, chilly powder, garam masala -as required
Method
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Make two chappathies thicker than usual. Keep some of the mixture over one chappathy. keep the other chappathy over it. Spread it softly on a chappathy stone. The edge should be stuck together. Either you can cook it the way chappathy is cooked or you can keep this in a preheated over at 150 degrees. After it is cooked, put some butter over it and serve.
