Ingredients

1. Jathikka – 5 pieces
2. Ginger – 1 piece
3. Garlic – 8 nos
4. Chilly powder – 3 spoon
5. Asafoetida powder – ½ spoon
6. Fenugreek powder – ¼ spoon
7. Oil – 4 spoon
8. Mustard seed – ½ spoon
9. Curry leaves – 2 stem
10. Vinegar – 8 spoon
11. Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Steam the Jathikka and cut the same into very small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed , ginger, garlic and fry. Then add chilly powder, asafoetida powder fenugreek powder . then add the cut jathikka pieces . Also add required salt and curry leaves. On getting cool add the vinegar and keep it aside. Tasty Jathikka Achar is ready.
