1. Cauli Flower flowerettes cut – 2 cup

2. Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon

3. Salt – 2 tea spoon

4. Garlic – 6 cloves

5. Lemon juice – 1 table spoon

6. Fenugreek powder – 2 tea spoon

7. Oil – 1 ½ table spoon

8. Curry leaves – little

Method of preparation

Take out the cauliflower flowerttes and keep it in boiled water by adding salt to remove grime and insects for thirty minutes. Take the cauli flower out of the water and add lemon juice and salt . marinate the flower and keep it aside for thirty minutes again. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed and allow it to splutter. Then add garlic , curry leaves and fry. Then switch off the flame and add fenugreek powder and chilly powder and mix. the add the cauli flower and mix well and keep it aside for two days. After two days you can use.
