Egg Dosai


Rice Batter –  I cup
Egg – 2 nos
Onion  –  1 no Finely chopped
Green chillies – 1
Ghee – 2 tsp
Salt – To taste.

Preparation method

Beat the eggs and add Onion, Green chilies, and salt into it and keep it aside. Heat the Dosai pan and pour  a  spoon full of rice batter to make dosai. Spread the egg mix  above dosai  and pour  and pour some ghee above it.  Once it get cooked you can serve hot.
