Ingredients:

1. Egg – 5
2. Basen flour – 2 cup
3. Rice flour – ½ cup
4. Chilly powder -1 tsp
5. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
6. Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
7. Asafoetida – 1pinch
8. Salt – to taste
9. Oil – for frying

Preparation:

Boil the eggs. Peel on cooling. Cut along its length in the middle. Mix all the items from 2 to 8 and make the batter. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the egg pieces in the batter and fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
