1.Puzha meen – ½ kilo
2.Kashmiri chilly – 3 table spoon
3.Turmeric powder – ½ table spoon
4.Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
5.Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
6.Kudampuli – 3
7.Ginger – 10 gram
8.Garlic – 10 gram
9.Shallots – 30 gram
10.Green chilly – 3
11.Curry leaves – 2 strip
12.Coconut oil – 3 spoon
13.Fenugreek seed – one pinch
14.Mustard seed – 1 pinch
15.Salt – as required
16.Water – 2 cup
Method of preparation
Take an earthen pot. Pour two spoon of coconut oil and heat it. After heating add fenugreek seed, mustard seed and fry. Add chopped ginger,
Garlic, green chillies, shallots and curry leaves and sauté well. after that add chilly powder, Kashmir chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Fry again. Add the cleaned kudam puli into it and add required water and salt and boil. When it gets boiled add the cleaned fish into it and boil. When the gravy get thickened add the coconut oil. Can serve hot
