Unakka chemmeen ( cleaned) – 50 gram
Pachamanga ( raw mango) – 1 cut into small pieces
Salt – as required
Water – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Green chilly – 2 slit vertically
Shallots – 5
Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Dried chilly – 4
Curry leaves – 2 strip

Method of preparation
Heat a pan. Cook the unakkachemmen and mango by adding required water and salt. Take grated coconut, turmeric powder, green chilly, shallots and grind it in a mixer. Then add this into the fish and mix properly. Then close the lid of the vessel and cook it for some more time in low flame. Later remove it from the stove. Take a pan. Pour little oil add mustard seed and allow to splutter. Add dried chilly and curry leaves and fry for some time. Then put this on top of the thoran and serve.
