Meen ( Fish) pieces ) – ½ Kilo
Onion chopped – ¼ cup
Green chilly cut long – 6
Tomato – 1 big
Garlic – 4 cloves
Shallots chopped – 1 table spoon.
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Fenugreek – ½ tea spoon
Coconut – 2 table spoon
Tamarind juice – ½ cup.
Water – 1 ½ cup
Curry leaves – little
Salt – as required
Method of preparation

Take a pan and heat it. then pour the coconut oil into it. then add fenugreek seed into it. when it get saute add the chopped shallots and fry till it become brown colour. then add onion, green chillies,chopped tomato , tamarind juice and required salt into it. when it get boiled add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder , fish pieces , one cup of water and boil it till the fish get cooked.
Take half cup of grated coconut. Add required water, and garlic into it and grind it to make a fine paste. Then add this paste in the cooked fish and boil it. can add required salt, curry leaves and close it with the lid. Can remove from the stove.
