
Ingredients:
Shark – 1 (cut to small pieces)
Coconut – A half
Tamarind – 3
Green Chilly – 3
Curry Leaves – 1 strip
Chilly powder – 3 tbsp
Corriander powder – 3 tbsp
Water – 3 cup
Salt – as needed
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1/2 tbsp
Preparation:
Grate the coconut and fry in oil. Grind this well without water.Soak the tamarind in water. Fry chilly powder, corriander powder and turmeric powder and grind well by adding water. Cut the green chilly in long pieces. Keep a earthern pot and add oil. Add mustard to it. Sort green chilly and curry leaves in oil. Add one cup water, fish pieces and tamarind and boil. Add the powders too. When the fish gets cooked add the coconut grated and fried and 1/2 cup water with salt. Boil it. Cook the curry till the oil becomes visible.
