Mathi ( cleaned and cut into pieces) – ½ kilo
Raw mango – 1
Green chilly – 5
Ginger – one piece
Shallots – 8
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt – a required
Coconut – 1 half
Cumin seed – one pinch

Method of preparation

Peel off the skin from the raw mango and cut into pieces. Add the chopped green chilly, ginger, shallots along with turmeric powder chilly powder , required salt and water and boil it. When the mango get cooked add the mathi pieces. boil the curry . when the fish gets cooked add the paste of coconut and cumin seed. When it gets boiled can remove from the stove and can serve.
