Coriander powder – 45 gram
Turmeric powder, curry masala , salt , pudina leaves, coriander leaves , rambaila – as required

Method of preparation:
Make the chicken pieces into small pieces. then add the half portion of chilly powder, coriander powder, curry masala , salt and marinate. Then keep it aside for one hour. Saute the remaining portion of chilly powder, coriander powder and curry masala In oil. After that add the marinated chicken into it and also add required salt. ( should not add water) after that inorder to bring the taste, spread pudina leaves, coriander leaves, rambaila and mix it well. can serve.
