
Ingredients
1. Beef (good) cut into small pieces – 1 kilo
2. Onion – cut thin – 2
3. Tomato medium – cut into eight pieces – 4
4. Green chilly slit – 6 to 10 ( based on the spice required)
5. Ginger – 2 inch piece – peeled off the skin and crushed
6. Garlic – removed the skin and crushed – 15 cloves
7. Coriander powder – 3 table spoon
8. Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
9. Turmeric powder – ½ table spoon
10.Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
11.Fenugreek – 1 tea spoon
12.Cardamom slit – 3
13.Cloves – 3
14.Cinnamon – 1 inch long piece
15.Salt – as required
16.Pepper crushed – 1 tea spoon
17.Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
18.Shallots – cut small – 6 cloves
19.Curry leaves – 8 cloves
Method of preparation
Clean the beef and keep it aside to drain out the water completely.
Then add 7-9 ingredients and fry it in low flame.
Take a thick bottom vessel ( it would be better if you take earthen pot). Add the ingredients from one to fifteen into it and mix it. then pour water till the beef get covered and mix properly. Then keep it in the stove and boil. When it starts to get boiled , reduce the flame to low and close the lid and cook.
On getting cooked remove from the stove and put the curry leaves, pepper power and mix.
Take a pan. Add coconut oil and heat . then add the shallots and saute till it become golden brown colour. add two cloves of curry leaves and take little curry and pour It into. Then again add this mixture into the curry and can serve hot.
