Vatta / Ayikora – 500 Gram
Chilly powder – 3 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Green chilly – 4 nos
Ginger – chopped to small pieces
Garlic – chopped – 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek seed – ½ tea spoon
Kudampuli – 5 cloves
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Shallots – 15 no
Curry leaves – 2 strip

Method of preparation

Grind the Chilly powder, turmeric powder , fenugreek by adding little water into paste. Put all the ingredients except shallots into a vessel. Add required water and heat it in low flame. When it get thickens add the cleaned fish into It and cook it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shallots and add the same into the prepared fish. Decorate with curry leaves.
