1. Maththi (Sardine) cut into medium pieces. – half kg
2. Tamarind leaves – Two cup
3. Bird’s eye pepper (Kaanthaari) – As required
4. Turmeric powder – two teaspoon
5. Salt – as required


Grind the ingredients 2 to five and apply on the sardines. Fry this in oil.
