Ingredients

1. Mathi – 400 gram
2. Raw pepper – as required
3. Salt – as required
4. Lemon juice – 2 nos

Method of preparation

Grind the raw pepper. Add the required salt and lemon juice into it and make a mix. Marinate this mixture in the mathi and keep it for 15 minutes. After that cover this in a banana leaf and fry it in a tawa.
