
Ingredients
Fish Pieces – half Kg
Red chilly fried in oil and powdered – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Ginger – one piece
Garlic – six
Kudampuli(Indian garcinia) – two pieces
Coconut oil – one table spoon
Curry leaves – few
Method
Heat oil in a china pan and add tiny chopped ginger and garlic. When
it is fried add curry leaves, chilly and coriander powder. Add the
fish, kudampuli, salt and water. Cook until the curry is thickened.
