Spring chicken – 1
Chemmeen (prawns) – 100 gram
Ginger – garlic paste – 100 gram
Green chilly – 4
Curry leaves – as required
Onion – 100 gram
Tomato – 50 gram
Chilly powder – 3 table spoon
Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – 2 table spoon
Coconut oil – ½ liters
Salt – as required
Lemon – 1

Method of preparation

1. Clean the chicken pieces. Mix 2 table spoon of chilly powder , coriander powder, 1 table spoon garam masala and lemon juice and marinate it in the chicken pieces and keep it aside for half an hour. Then fry it in coconut oil.
2. Inorder to stuff the chemmeen into the chicken pieces, clean the chemmeen and cut it into small pieces. Then mix It well with ginger garlic paste and masalas and make it into small balls and fry it in coconut oil. Then stuff this into the fried chicken.

For gravy

Inorder to prepare gravy, fry the onion, ginger garlic paste in coconut oil. When the onion gets golden colour add the remaining masalas. After that add tomato, curry leaves into it. when the gravy gets thickened put the stuffed chicken into the gravy and mix. Can serve hot.
