Ingredients
Koorka cleaned – 1 cup
Unakka chemmeen – 1/2 cup
Shallots cut long – 1/2 cup
Dried chilly slit – 5
Grated coconut -1/4 cup
Salt. – as required
Oil, curry leaves – as required

Method. Of preparation

Cook koorka as required by adding sufficient water and Salt. Clean the unakkachemmeen and roast it without adding Oil. Take a frying pan. Pour Oil and heat. Add shallots unakkachemmeen, dried chillies grated coconut, curry leaves and sauté. Add cooked koorka and roasted chemmeen into it and fry.
