Prawns – ½ Kilo
Onion – 3
Tomato – 3
Green chillies – 5
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Mustard Seed – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Coconut oil

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seed and allow to splutter, Add Onion into it and fry. Then add tomato and fry for some time. When it becomes soft also add green chillies, curry leaves . When the above get fried well, add chilly powder . Add slight water to make gravy. Then add the cleaned prawns into the mix and stir. When the prawns get cooked properly and the masala get drained little can remove it from the flames. Add Curry leaves and coconut oil and mix. Tasty Prawns Masala ready.
