Dried prawns – 200 gm
Jackfruit seeds cut to thin pieces – 100 gm
Mango slices – 100 gm
Coconut – 1 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Garlic – 4
Shallot – 2
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Corriander powder – 2 tbsp

Cook well the dried prawns and jackfruit seeds in water. When the jackfruit is almost cooked, then add mango slices to it. Grind coconut, chilly powder, corrinader powder, garlic and shallot. When the mango is cooked, add the grinded paste. Cook for some time and take off before the mango begins to boil. Add shallots, mustard, curry leaves to some oil in a pan. Add this to the curry. Add salt to taste.
