Ingredients:

Clam – 500 gm
Savala – 4
Ginger – 3
Green chilly – 200gm
Garlic – 6 pieces
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1 tbsp
Cuscus – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Curd – 3/4 cup
Tomato – 3
Karuva Patta – 3
Clove – 5
Cardamom – 10
Coconut grated – 2 cup
Oil – 100 gm
Salt

Preparation :
Grind garlic and green chilly separately. Grind cuscus and coconut together well. In a pan add oil and saute clove, patta, cardamom and savala. Add green chilly, turmeric powder, corriander powder. chilly powder, jeera, ginger and clam and saute well. Add tomato sliced into this. Add curd, 2 cups of water and salt and cook well. Add the grinded coconut mixed with water into this. Cook well for some more time and take off from the flame.
