Ayala – 8 nos
Coriander powder – 4 table spoon
Coconut grated – 4 table spoon
Tamarind – one lemon size
Ginger – one piece
Chilly – 8 no
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – as required
Coconut oil – as required
Salt – to taste

Method of preparation

Clean the Ayala properly. Add green chilly, ginger, shallots . Cook it by adding required tamarind juice and salt. Fry the grated coconut, coriander seed and chilly in coconut oil and grind it. When the fish (ayala) get boiled add the grinded paste . When it gets boiled again remove the curry from the flames and is ready to serve
