1.Pulav rice – 225 gram
2.Butter – 50 gram
3.Sugar – 200 gram
4.Cashew nut – 30 gram
5.Cream – 30 gram

Method or preparation

1.Clean the rice and soak it in water
2.Then fry the rice in butter. Add sugar and butter again
3.Take little milk and soak saffron and cream. Then add it to the rice mix
4.The cover it with the lid and cook well
5.Fry the cashew nut in ghee and add this into the cooked rice. Decorate it with silver paper and can serve
