Maida – 250 gram
Sugar – 225 gram
Baking powder – 1 ¼ tea spoon
Egg – 3
Sunflower oil – 200 ml
Walnut cut into small – 1 cup
Dates – cut into small – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Take a cake tin and grease it with ghee. Take the maida and baking powder and mix it in a bowl. Add sugar powder into it and after that add the egg and mix.then add the chopped walnut and dates. Add oil little by little into it and mix well. Then pour this content into the ghee greased cake tin. Pre heat the oven in 180 degree and keep this mixture into it. bake it for thirty five minutes. On cooling make this into pieces and serve.
