Maida – 250 gram
Sugar – 225 gram
Baking powder – 1 ¼ tea spoon
Egg – 3 nos
Sunflower oil – 200 ml
Walnut chopped small – 1 cup
Dates – chopped small – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Grease a cake tin with ghee and keep it aside. sieve the maida and baking powder and put it in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar into it and then add the egg and mix. Then add the chopped walnut and dates into it. add the oil little by little and mix. Then transfer this content into the ghee greased cake tin . then keep this into the preheat oven in 180 degree. Then bake it for thirty five minutes. On getting cooled, you can cut it into required shape and can serve.
