Raw Rice, Aval – 1 glass each
Uzhunnu – 1/4 glass
Fenugreek – 25gm
Baking powder – little
Oil, Sugar – as needed

Soak raw rice, uzhunnu, aval and fenugreek and grind well. keep this for 3 hours. add sugar and baking soda to this. Pour oil in the vessel that is used to prepare unniappam, pour the mixture into each lump and cook well.
