Ingredients

Maida – One and half cup
Ghee – One cup
Sugar – Two cups
Water – Half cup
Coco Powder – Two teaspoon
Vanilla essence – Two drops
Food colour (Green) – One pinch
Pistha Essence – Two drops

Method
Take three quarter cup ghee in a vessel and keep on fire. Fry the Maida in it. Dissolve the sugar in water. Mix Maida into this thoroughly. Divide this mix into three. Mix coco powder in part. Two the second part add Vanilla essence and to the third mix the pistha essence and food colour. Put the first mix in a pan with a little ghee and heat, stirring well until it comes off the vessel. Transfer this to an oiled flat vessel. Do the same with the second mix and pour this on top of the first one. Do the same with the third mix to form the top layer. After some time cut into pieces and serve.
