American Mavu – 2 cup
Curd – 2 cup
Ghee – 200 gram
Sugar – 1 kilo

Method of preparation

Add little water to the American mavu and make batter. Then add curd into it , mix it. then take a pan. Take a coconut shell and make a hole. Then take a pan , heat it and pour ghee. When the ghee is getting boiled. Pour the batter into the coconut shell and make the batter fall into the ghee. Fry both the sides. Dip it in the sugar syrup and keep it separate.
