Maida – 2 cup
Curd – 2 cup
Ghee – 200gm
Surar – 1 kg


Mix maida with water and keep it for one day. Mix the curd. Pour the mix which is taken in a coconut kernel with open bottom closed with a finger. In a Chinese ware (pan) pour ghee and when it boils slowly let the mix fall into it in round shapes. When it is fried, dip in the prepared sugar liquid keep for drying.
