
Ingredients:
Egg – 3
Cardamom – 1
Sugar – 1 cup
Maida – 1 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1 1/2 spoon
Kismis
Cashewnut
Preparation:
Add egg, cardamom and sugar and beat well using a beater. Add maida to this. Pour ghee in a frying pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Cook well for 10 minutes and change to another plate. Decorate with kismis and cashewnut and serve.
