Ingredients:

Coconut milk – 3 cup
Condensed milk – 1 tin
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Tender coconut – 1
Gelatin – 30 gm
Caramelized nuts – 1/4 cup

Preparation:

Double boil gelatin added in tender coconut water. Mix coconut milk, sugar and condensed milk together. Heat the soaked gelatin. Add to the milk mixture. Pour this content into the pudding dish. Scrape the tender coconut and put on to the pudding mixture. Set the pudding by refrigerating it. Add caramalized nuts to the pudding and serve.
