Sweet potato – 1/2 kg
Coconut – 1/2 grated
Jaggery – 1/2 kg
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Maida – 2 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 1 tbsp
Salt – a pinch

Boil and crush the sweet potato well. Add the grinded coconut to this. Boil and liquify the jaggery. Add the sweet potato coconut mixture to this. After some time take it from the flame. Add water, oil and salt to the maida and mix well. Make small balls out of this mix. Take each ball, make a sheet out of it, add a mixture of the sweet potato into it and make a ball. Make a sheet of it and prepare the boli like a chappathi.
