Ingredients:
Semolina – 400 gm
Sugar – 125 gm
Butter – 200gm
Cashewnut – 400 gm
Egg yoke – 14
Egg white – 4
Rose water – 20 ml
Honey – 50 ml
Jaathika – 1 1/2
Lemon – 1

Preparation:
Mix semolina with the butter well.
Prepare a cream with the yoke of the egg and sugar by beating well.
Add all the other ingredients to the semolina butter mix
Cook this mix in 150 degrees in a pan
Decorate with icing cream and serve.
