Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Coconut – ½ cup
Jaggery ( sarkara) – ¼ cup
Cardamom – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Add some water to the wheat flour and make a very thick batter, It should not have a flowing consistency must be thick. Take a little portion of the thick batter and spread it in banana leaf. Mix the grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder and make a mix out of it. Place the coconut jaggery mix all over the wheat batter. Fold it carefully and cook them in a steamer. Can serve hot.
