Rava – 100 gram
Milk – ¼ liter ( with out the layer)
Ghee – ¼ cup
Sugar powder – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – one pinch
Dry coconut (grated)

Method of preparation

Roast the rava without oil till it becomes brown colour. Pour the ghee and milk into it. keep on stirring it till the mixture gets thickened. Add cardamom powder, sugar into it and then remove it from the flame. Then add raisins, grated dried coconut into it and mix. When it get slightly cooled, Then make the mixture into small balls
