Reva Kesari

Rava – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Milk – 2 cup
Ghee – 100 Gram
Raisin (Dry grapes) – 10 nos.
Cardamom – 2 nos. powdered
Colour – as required

Boil milk in a vessel and keep separate. Heat ghee in a frying pan, Put Rava into it and roast till it becomes slight brown colour; after that add Sugar milk, colour , cardamom powder and cook Mix the mixure till the water content get drained. Once drained add the raisins and mix well. Once it get cooled, can cut into small pcs in any required shape.
