1.Ragi Flour – 2 glass
2.Jaggery – as required
3.Grated coconut – as required
4.Cumin seed – 2 tea spoon
5.Cardamom powder – 3 nos
6.Water – as required
7.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Add the hot boiled water into the ragi flour and the required salt . mix it to become a thick dough. batter. When the dough gets cool knead it thoroughly. Add grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom and make small balls out of that and steam it in a steamer.
