Pottukadala ( fried gram) – one cup
Sugar powdered – 1 cup
Ghee – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Cashew nut chopped – 4 table spoon

Method of preparation

Heat the pottukadala slightly and powder it in a mixer. Take a pan and heat ghee. Add cashew nut pieces into it and fry. Then mix the powdered sugar and heated pottukadala and add it into the ghee. Later add cardamom powder and mix. Remove the mix from the flames and make lemon sized small balls out of it while still hot. Pottukadala Ladoo is ready for serving
