Potato – 8
Sugar – ¼ cup
Almonds – one handful
Pista – 3
Ghee – 3 table spoon

Method of preparation

Boil the potato . peel off the skin and smash it. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the smashed potato into it and fry. This should become light brown colour. Continuously stir the mixture so that it will not get stick on the bottom. Add the sugar into it and mix. When the ghee, potato and sugar get mixed well and the water get completely drained you can remove it from the stove. Then add the almond and pista pieces and mix. Potato Halwa is ready. Can serve hot or cool
