
Ingredients
1. Sugar – ¼ cup
2.Almonds (badam) – one handful
3.Pista – 3
4.Ghee – 3 table spoon
Method of preparation
Boil the potato, peel off the skin. Smash the potato. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the boiled potato into it and saute. This should become light brown colour. add sugar and mix. When the ghee , potato and sugar gets mixed and the water gets drained you can remove from the stove. Add the chopped badam and pista and mix. Potato halwa is ready. Can serve hot or cool.
