Thick milk – 2 liter
Condensed milk – 200 Milli
Saffron – 2 pinch
Pista – /4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 table spoon
Rose water – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Take a thick bottom vessel and pour the milk. boil it. Add saffron and boil it in low flame. Boil it till the milk reduced to half quantity. Stir continuously . once it get boiled remove from the flames and keep it separate for cooling. Later pour this into mould use for making Kulfi and keep it in freezer. In order to take the Kulfi Out without loosing its shape. Dip the mould in the hot water and then take out.
