Milk – 5 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
Pista – 2 tbsp
Cream – 250 gm
Gelatin – 1 tbsp
Pista essence – 2 tbsp
Green colour – some drops

Add some corn flour in some milk. Boil the rest of the milk in another pan for about 25 minutes. Add sugar and cornflour paste ans stir well. Boil for 4 – 5 minutes. Soak 2 spoons of gelatin in water. Cool it by keeping in refrigerator. When it is all set, take out and beat well. Add powdered sugar and cream well. Cool well, when the custard is set, cut into square pieces and serve in a plate. Crush this well. Now add the custard beated and cream beated well and add well with the essence and freeze. Add green colour to this. When the ice cream is partially set, add some pista in the ice cream and beat well. Set again in a fridge and serve.
