Ingredients

Pineapple – 2
Sugar – 1 kilo
Water – as required

Method of preparation

Remove the hard skin and thorny portions of the pineapple. Cut it into small pieces. Take the sugar and make syrup by adding required water. Then add the pineapple pieces into it and transfer it into a tin. Don’t close the tin and keep it in the boiled water for ten minutes. Then take out from the hot water and close the tin with the lid and can use whenever necessary.
